The bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act officially became law over the weekend. The legislation—a sweeping package of nearly 50 individual housing measures designed to increase housing supply, improve affordability, expand access to homeownership, strengthen housing finance and support veterans—marks the culmination of one of the National Association of REALTORS®' largest coordinated advocacy campaigns in recent years.
