The Delaware Memorial Bridge will transition to all-electronic tolling by late 2029 or early 2030, eliminating cash payments. The Delaware River and Bay Authority has allocated $34 million for the project as part of a $161 million capital improvement plan funded by agency resources and federal, state and local grants.
