Campbell faces lawsuit over exec's disparaging remarks
Campbell Soup faces a lawsuit from former security analyst Robert Garza, who alleges he was fired for reporting an executive's inappropriate conduct. The complaint centers on a recording in which Vice President Martin Bally mocked the company's products and made racially offensive remarks. Campbell has placed Bally on leave and is investigating the incident, stating that the comments do not reflect its values.
